Four-terminal hybrid driven refrigerator based on three coupled quantum dots

In this paper, a four-terminal hybrid driven refrigerator model with three capacitively coupled quantum dots is proposed, which can be by the energy current injected from highest temperature thermal reservoir and power input to achieve refrigeration of low reservoir. Based on master equation we derive expressions for charge heat between reservoirs in weak/strong capacitive coupling case, respectively. We numerically analyze thermodynamic performance characteristics cooling rate coefficient performance, main parameters are optimized under condition maximum rate. Finally, compare strong case that weak case.
